Alexander Litonov

Professional male model, theater and film actor
His path to success is not only about talent and hard work, but also the incredible willpower. Alexander Litonov is a professional male model, theater and film actor, and a multiple winner at creative festivals in the "I Am a Model" category, as well as various fashion theater competitions. He has worked with renowned international glossy publications such as Vogue, Genzo, Style Cruze, Malvie, and Selin, as well as famous brands like Ermanno Scervino, Ralph Lauren, Crooks, Level Mens, Monochrome, and Streamlets. But can you believe that this successful young man weighed over 100 kilograms just two years ago?

S.I.: Could you please tell us about your activities?

A.L.: I have a higher education in applied psychology, but I work in a different field — in furniture manufacturing. In all my spare time, I dedicate myself to creative activities. I am a model for the fashion theater T.M.I.A. and the modeling agency "Perfection"|SHE. I hope to inspire others by my example!

S.I.: How did you start your journey into the world of modeling?

A.L.: I only started modeling a year and a half ago, and during this time, I managed to participate in various creative shoots, collaborations with brands, fashion shows, film shoots, theater performances, and many other interesting creative projects. Just two years ago, I weighed over one hundred kilograms and wasn't really doing much besides work. Now, I'm doing what I love, and my contribution to creativity resonates with many people around the world.

S.I.: Were there any difficulties on your way?

A.L.: The only difficulty was physically going through all of this at the beginning. I woke up at 4 AM every day and ran 10 kilometers in the morning and in the evening. The first two weeks were tough to get used to such a pace.

S.I.: What motivated you and helped you maintain that motivation?

A.L.: One day, I just sincerely felt that I needed to do this and wanted it. Everything was based on willpower. When you see that your efforts yield good results, it's easier to keep going. Even though it was very hard both mentally and physically, the process didn't stress me out because it was my sincere desire.
S.I.: What advice would you give to our readers?

A.L.: Everything will definitely work out! The main thing is to start, believe in yourself, and see it through to the end. The result is always worth it. Even if you make mistakes or stumble along the way — don't stop. And don't be afraid to sacrifice something, because without sacrifices, you can't achieve victory.
